Sizing, Fit & Materials

Do your jackets run true to size?

Yes — our jackets and coats are designed to run true to size, so we'd suggest ordering your usual size for a clean, tailored fit. If you like to layer heavier pieces underneath a trench or utility jacket, you may prefer to size up. Still unsure? Email us at support@marinablair.com and we'll happily advise.
What are your jackets made from?

We work with considered, hard-wearing fabrics chosen to hold their shape season after season — cotton and cotton-blend trench cloths, washed denim, and durable utility twills, with warm linings where they're needed. Full fabric details are listed on each product page.
Are any of your jackets faux leather or faux suede?

Yes. Several of our biker and utility styles are made from premium faux leather and faux suede — vegan-friendly alternatives that give you the look and feel of the real thing without any animal materials. Each of these pieces is clearly labelled as faux on its product page.
How do I care for my jacket?

Always follow the care label inside your jacket. As a rule, trenches and structured coats are best professionally cleaned to keep their shape, while denim can be machine washed cold and hung to dry. For faux leather and faux suede, simply wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and avoid soaking or machine washing — a little care keeps them looking beautiful for years.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards — Visa, Mastercard as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All orders are processed securely in GBP.
How long will UK delivery take?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. UK delivery then typically takes a further 4–9 business days, so most orders arrive within 6–12 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
How much does UK shipping cost?

We offer free UK shipping on every order, with no minimum spend.
Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it right to your door.

Returns & Contact

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day returns policy from the day your order arrives. Items must be unworn, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. To start a return or exchange, just email us at support@marinablair.com and we'll guide you through it. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
Can I exchange for a different size?

Absolutely. If the fit isn't quite right, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange an exchange for a different size, subject to availability. We aim to respond to every request within 24 hours.
